This submission has a number 5 at the bottom right corner of the jacket back, no other submission has this feature.
Pressed by Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Terre Haute identified by the stamped T in the deadwax.
The ledge pressing ring, 69mm, identifies this as a repress post late 1961, when Columbia changed their pressing equipment.

The center deadwax bears the Columbia factory marks of three Columbia plants, BH and T 
These etchings identify the LP fabrication path. 
BH looks applied by the same hand, likely etched at Columbia, Hollywood on the "mothers" received from Columbia, Bridgeport.
Bridgeport closed in late 1963. Hollywood printed the labels, but shipped them to Terre Haute as Hollywood closed early in 1964.

Blue "Stereo Odyssey By Argo"  labels with numbered label matrices, 55020 and 55021 right of spindle under Side 1&2.
[r12755709 does not have a printed number on the jacket back corner or a ledge pressing ring.
BSN pubs confirms the original release date, 1960, as well as the stereo catalog number, LPS-662, found on the spine.
