Webstore Shipments
General:
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based upon the weight, size, dimensions, and location of your order.
After your order is created, please allow for 1-2 Business days for processing (3-4 for international orders). This does not include shipping times.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with confirmation and a tracking number.
All orders are packed securely within a reliable mailer.
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit by our postage partners.
Compensation for lost/damaged packages is managed by Australia Post. Please click here for more information.
If you would like insurance on your order please let us know.
For US/International Orders:
Because of current tariffs and recent changes to shipping requirements for the U.S, we can no longer mark packages as a “Gift”.
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit or customs duties/taxes.
If you would like insurance on your order please let us know, however we can only insure for the amount declared on the customs form.
Unfortunately we do not ship to Brazil.

We offer free shipping for all orders within Australia above $150

Online payments:
We accept Credit Card (excluding AMEX and Diners Club), Paypal and bank transfer. Please note that if you choose a to use bank transfer it can take a few days to confirm your payment.
In-store payments:
In our store we accept Cash, Credit Card (excluding AMEX and Diners Club) and bank cards.
