Denon DP-50M Direct Drive Turntable

The Denon DP-50M is a direct-drive turntable that was released in Japan in 1978, during the "Golden Era" of Japanese audiophile equipment. Though this turntable does not have a mainstream following outside of Japan, among Japan-savvy audiophiles the DP-50M has a phenomenal reputation for its high-quality playback performance, with stable rotation speed, high SNR (> 75 dB), very low motor noise, and very low wow and flutter (<0.015% WRMS). Furthermore, the DP-50M has a very high quality of build and just looks gorgeous. The “M” version indicates manual operation.

This particular unit is in very good condition, with only minor wear and ageing throughout, including some minor scratches, scuffs and rusty on metal part (please see photos). The dust-cover has some minor scratches (Please see the pictures). This turntable has been thoroughly checked and tested by our professional technician, confirming its flawless operation.
