The second edition of Melbourne made PUFF DOWN mag by writer Robert Albazi. This issue is 48 pages, Colour and B&W and features interviews with DJ Rocksteady of West Philly's Trauma Center, Russian instrumental hip-hop producer LTF and Melbourne DJ Melofelo. Plus photographs by Pates of Public Enemy in Melbourne in 1992, and a detailed article on the career of Finsta Bundy.
